We process account data you give us; data from services you connect, read-only (bank and accounting records, public registry records, and, where you authorise it, email and files from your Google account); and technical logs needed to run and secure the service. This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics.

Google user data: when you connect a Google account we request read-only access to Gmail and Google Drive, and use it only to show you your own business notices and documents and to prepare tasks for you. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or use it to train generalised AI models. ROKKON’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can revoke access at any time in your Google Account settings.

Records needed for accounting and tax are kept for the periods the law requires; other data is deleted when you disconnect a service or close your account. Processors that host and run the service (cloud hosting, AI model providers) act under contracts that protect your data.

Under UK GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing. You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
